Dexter Season 4, First few Episodes — Willing to pay $$$?

I’m trying to find somewhere I can download the first few episodes from Dexter Season 4. My friend just finished Season 3 and wants to watch Season 4. She has Showtime and Showtime on Demand, but they don’t have the first few episodes available right now.

She’d prefer to watch them on the TV, and my brother has an Xbox 360. So if anyone knows if we can get them through Showtime on our cable box, or someplace we can download high quality videos (even if we have to pay for them), I’d appreciate any tips you may have.
