In a word, B O R I N G !
These tv “hosts” all tell the same corny jokes, and do the same goofball, silly antics, and the programs are WAY OVERLOADED with commercials.
They’re not fun to watch anymore. (Letterman, especially)
I would rather watch “Discovery Channel” or “Dog, The Bounty Hunter” (if it’s on)
If I’m not on the web, or IM’ing my luv in California, I need to unwind and these shows do the trick . . .but half the time I fall asleep with the TV going all night long ! ! lol
i do like david letterman,i find the show funny and entertaining, however ,his side kick the band leader , drives me nuts with his stupid ,inane ,irrelevant random comments, in fact , it’s bad enough to stop me watching the show !!!! he should stick to what he does best ,music. if he’s ever gagged or replaced i will happily watch the show again.
gee i feel better now !!
At that time of the night I will laugh at almost anything. I migrate between Leno and Letterman and after that I sometimes watch Craig Ferguson. Conan, don’t care for him.
No. I quit watching. No one is half as good since Johhny Carson retired. Leno is not funny or cute, why everyone thinks O’Brien has humor is beyond me.
Put Jerry Seinfeld as MC of the Tonight Show.
I do like Letterman, do not like Leno. John Stewart is more political and I like him too. Conan used to be better then he is now.
If any one of the three ever made me laugh out loud it would probably have been something on the Daily Show
Most of them EXCEPT Jay Leno. He’s not at all funny–especially since he takes such pleasure in insulting people for their looks or physical disabilities.
I’d really like to see him replaced with Johnny Carson reruns. Now, THAT was a show!
Jay would be very funny if he was allowed to write his own script.
Head Lines are funny but that has nothing to do with Jay. Viewers send them in.

I used to like letterman and leno but it seems like they are owned by the Democrats and I really don’t care for the smear campaigns one way or the other so I usually turn them off when they start their political abuse.
Carson was the only real funny late night show host!

They’re all good for a chuckle or two during a full routine.

I like Jay Leno. I never could stand David Letterman and Conan O’Brian. Don’t watch John Stewart.

Hands down it’s Jon Stewart all the way.
I don’t get the opportunity to see him often but when I do he throws me into a maze of delightful emotions.

Jay Leno and Conan – none of the rest.
September 4th, 2010 at 10:48 am
Craig Ferguson is about the only one left who can make me laugh out loud and sometimes Jon Stewart.

Seldom funny. Laugh out loud . . . None.

Sometimes. I think they all have their ‘good nights’ and their “off nights”.
Craig Ferguson is my current favorite.
