House has a lot of drama and suspense but all the doctors are so sarcastic it’s really funny!

Lost. I love puzzles and this show hits the nail on the head. You have your comic reliefs, even people all caught up still find it a mystery because of the twist. The suspense from episode to episode is 80% of the time like a season finale after season finale.
This show only has a limited amount of shows they are going to do, or were ever going to do. All us Lost fans would want it too keep going, but ironically, that is what makes it so intriguing. From the start of season one, they knew exactly how the series finale would end. Last season, season 6 starts the beginning of next year. This show is truly a paradox wrapped in an enigma.
You have to start from episode one. The show is so full of mystery, twists and suspense you cannot miss one. Start here:
As for what someone else said, NCIS is ok. Frankly, I don’t find the humor funny like Desperate Housewives at all. I find it very cheesy and predictable.
House is great though. Awesome story lines and great plots. Just the season finales really leave you wanting to see more. This is the most like Desperate Housewives, but I first and foremost recommend Lost.

Try Ugly Betty. Like Desperate Housewives, it tends to have some soap opera type elements. It’s also a combination of drama and sometimes dark comedy as well as romance and mystery. It’s the kind of show that can make you tear up one episode and then laugh hysterically the next.

Bones is a good show with quirky people and quirky plots. The characters are all interesting and likable. House is filled with super-snarky humor. Lost is filled with twists and odd humor, but do start at the beginning. Ugly Betty is good, and fits the bill as a “dramedy”. Eureka, on the Sci-Fi channel, comes back on this summer ,and it is funny and bizarre, but mostly funny with lots of weird science.
Check out older shows online, like Twin Peaks, a show from the early 90′s. IMO, it’s the weirdest show that has ever been on network TV. And one of the best. Very strange characters, weird happenings and a seriously strange FBI agent played by a young Kyle McLaughlin, who now plays Bree’s husband Orson, on DH.
Enjoy!

Watch 24 on FOX!
I know that you got a lot of responses to this question, but this is the
answer that you need to listen to. Trust me, 24 is awesome.
It has everything that you could ever want in a TV show.
Drama, action, romance, suspense, great irony & really good plot lines.
But I will warn you, it’s addictive. I love it ’cause there are so many
twists & turns that you never saw coming.
They finished up the seventh season in May, & you could probably
find all seven seasons at Block Buster, or watch it online. I don’t know
if you know anything about it, but it’s all in real time. Each season is
one day. Each episode is one hour. There are 24 episodes in a
season…. You get the point.
It’s basically about fighting terrorism & about a really awesome main
character named Jack Bauer. He’s like my favorite super hero ever.
(even though he doesn’t technically have super powers, but sometimes
I wonder. lol)
It’s not the kind of show where you can just start watching at any point
& still know what’s going on. You have to start from the beginning, or
at least the beginning of a season. And the first season is good, but
don’t judge the whole show just by the first season. Keep going after
that. (If you start there)
Every season is unique in it’s own way, but once you watch the entire
series, you’ll find that it’s really one big fantastic story. And that’s one
of the main reasons why it’ll keep you hooked. Plus it makes the
progression of each character really fascinating to watch.
It comes on Monday nights on FOX. (when airing) CHOOSE 24! Seriously.
I’ve seen a lot of TV shows, & it really is the best. After you’ve seen a
few seasons, (if it takes that long) You won’t ever like anything as much.
But I can’t explain it as well as the links below can. So you really should
look at those.
Well, I hope I could help. And I hope I could convice you. Because
whatever any one else tells you, 24 is the show you need to watch.
And if you ever have any qusetions about it, just email me via my
profile & I guarantee I can answer them.
Check it out here
