The episode begins with Yug noticing tension in the air and asking Poorvi what happened. Diya prompts Poorvi to explain, and Poorvi reveals that Nethra came by and threatened to get everyone jailed for giving her false hopes of marriage. She also mentioned that she would bring divorce papers for RV and Poorvi to sign in the evening, after which Neha would marry RV. Diya and Yug are shocked by this news. Poorvi expresses regret, saying that she thought Nethra wouldn’t leave her boyfriend. Yug questions why she left him, and Poorvi explains that Nethra’s boyfriend broke up with her. She worries about what will happen to her if Nethra marries RV. Diya questions Poorvi’s foresight in proposing to Nethra and points out that Nethra cleverly trapped RV and Harman uncle. Yug asks if Poorvi had a backup plan, and she reveals that she planned to first inform RV. Yug praises Diya for her idea, and Diya is curious about the praise. Yug looks at her affectionately, which Vaishali notices and scolds Diya, asking her to leave. Diya leaves, and Vaishali confronts Yug about his feelings.
Monisha reflects on the difficulties she faced with Dadi and hopes the drama will end soon with Poorvi leaving and RV becoming hers. She plans to keep Harleen on her side and reassures her that they will not agree to Nethra’s demands. Khushi visits RV’s office and insists on speaking with him despite being told he is busy. RV, irritated, asks her to leave, but Khushi refuses. She accuses RV of playing with Poorvi’s feelings, and RV warns her not to interfere. Khushi asserts that Poorvi is innocent and not okay with the situation, and RV threatens to reveal Khushi’s secret if she doesn’t stop interfering.
Monisha arrives at Neha’s house where Jassi shows her the divorce papers for RV and Poorvi. Monisha is thrilled at the prospect of RV becoming hers and Poorvi being separated. Jassi praises Neha for her performance in securing the divorce and suggests celebrating. Monisha is excited but Jassi expresses regret for Poorvi’s situation. Neha is asked to deliver the divorce papers, but she hints that separation might occur without the papers.
In the precap, RV reveals that he married Poorvi deceitfully and tried to cause her pain, but accuses someone else of being a bigger betrayal if they disclosed their past to Poorvi.
