After “Airlift,” “Baby,” “Rustam,” and “Special 26,” here comes another Akshay Kumar movie, which I liked a lot. Storyline:
This movie is a remake of the Tamil industry’s Suriya starrer “Soorarai Pottru,” which has been made in Hindi. The story, screenplay, characters, and story are the same, yet Akshay stole the show with his performance.
Performances:
The story is based on the life of former Air Force pilot Captain Gopinath, who had a dream to create an airline in India that would enable people to travel there with the lowest fare. Every character has given his best performance. The character of Radhika Madan opposite Akshay Kumar seems a bit weak because the family story is on a traditional Maharashtrian basis and their age difference is noticeable.
Plot and Emotional Impact:
The plot revolves around a boy who faces many hurdles in his life and how he overcomes the difficulties and fulfills his dream. This story is based on this. Akshay Kumar has given a very good performance in one scene, which is personally touching.

Overall, the movie is good, and the performance and story are strong. One problem is that perhaps this movie might be able to collect less at the box office. This movie will be given a main rating of 3.5 out of 5 because the film has already been released, yet a good performance has been given.
Kakuda Movie Review

“Kakuda” is a horror comedy movie starring Riteish Deshmukh and Sonakshi Sinha. After watching the trailer, it seemed that this would be a slow comedy movie, but after watching the movie, it turned out to be wrong. If you like “Stree,” then you will also like this movie. The story is related to “Stree,” and the performances are also good.
Kakuda Film Story review:
A small village is shown where a ghost comes out every morning in search of his prey, and there is a rule that the door has to be kept open. If the door is not kept open, an accident will happen, and death will occur after 13 days. Some people in the village are engaged in an investigation, and Riteish Deshmukh is helping them. If you watch this movie without logic and expectation, it will be much more entertaining.
Scary Situations and Comedy:
There are no boring scenes in this movie, no false comedy, just pure humorous comedy, and some scary situations. You will get full enjoyment from horror and comedy. Every character has performed well, and the ghost scenes are quite enjoyable.
Kakuda Movie Rating:
I will give this movie a main rating of 3.5 out of 5 because, after watching the trailer, my expectations of this movie have completely changed.
Pill Web Series Review

“Pill” is a web series starring Riteish Deshmukh and Pawan Malhotra. This web series is not for entertainment purposes but is an eye-opener. Its plot exposes the dark side of pharma companies, the pharma mafia, and corrupt politics. Increasingly, pharma companies are manipulating clinical trials and testing medicines on people without any knowledge, which has a very bad effect on the general public.
Pill Web Series Story:
Pawan Malhotra plays a negative role in the story as he tries to sell his company’s medicines on the market by manipulating the clinical tests. Riteish Deshmukh, an employee at the Medical Council of India, tries to stop them. This story moves through a deep investigation and courtroom drama. Big pharma companies can do anything to survive in any situation.
Pill Episode Breakdown:
There are a total of 8 episodes, which are 40–45 minutes. Every episode is engaging. The story shows the harsh reality of society. The method of investigation is also quite enjoyable.
Final Thoughts:
This is a fictional story, but an eye-opener. The web series is worth watching, and missing it in 2024 would be a big mistake. The content and presentation are very good.

Sarfira impressed everyone with its entertainment and Akshay Kumar’s acting; Kakuda impressed everyone with its unique storytelling in the horror comedy genre; and Pill impressed everyone with its impactful topic and performances. If you are interested in genres, then you must watch them, because there are many good movies and web series in this place that can entertain you and make you think.
